GTA 5’s Trevor Actor Becomes Series Regular For The Walking Dead Season 8

Steven Ogg, who portrayed Trevor in Grand Theft Auto V, also appears in AMC’s hit zombie show The Walking Dead–and his presence on the program is expanding.

According to Variety, Ogg was one of three actors to be promoted to series regular for the upcoming eighth season. Ogg plays Negan’s right-hand man, Simon, and is a member of the Savior group. The other two actors to be promoted to series regulars are Katelyn Nacon and Pollyanna McIntosh (via GamesRadar).

The Walking Dead Season 8 will apparently focus on the war between the Saviors, led by Negan, and Rick’s alliance. The promotion of all three suggests they have play larger roles in the upcoming season.

Ogg is no stranger to TV; he also had roles in Better Call Saul and Westworld.

Season 8 is expected to air in late 2017, though an official premiere date has not been announced. Season 7 wrapped up earlier this month. There was a lot of buzz and controversy around the premiere, which saw Negan brutally murder (mouse over to reveal) Glenn and Abraham.

I also find it relaxing and interesting. I also really enjoy blogging and sharing my experiences with similar people. Hopefully you will read mine. My company Adventures Gate displays my other hobby - gaming! I love collecting items to do with gaming and playing in general. I guess I am a bit of a geek when it comes to this.
